Spanning the first two decades of the 20th century, the compilation includes clips of many cinema icons, including Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy (before they joined together as the famous duo), Charlie Chaplin, Fatty Arbuckle, Douglas Fairbanks, Pearl White, and Monty Banks. Of particular interest is vintage footage of legendary escape artist Harry Houdini, which complements the many adventure and comedy serials.
