Shipping & Returns
Shipping and processing charges can be calculated in your Shopping Cart after you add items to it. Orders placed with Standard Shipping & Processing typically take 5-12 business days to reach their destination, depending on their distance from our Connecticut shipping center. Orders of $100.00 or more placed on our web site receive FREE Standard Shipping.
We also offer UPS Ground shipping (1-6 business days from shipment), and UPS 2nd Day Air shipping (2 business days from shipment) for orders placed on this web site. PLEASE NOTE UPS 2nd Day Air order requests received after 11:30 am Eastern Time are processed for shipment the following business day.
Weekends and holidays are not included in estimated shipping times. Radio Spirits ships orders to delivery addresses in the United States. For customers residing outside of the United States, we recommend you consider our digital download collections available at www.RadioSpiritsDownloads.com.
Radio Spirits accepts returns on physical products (Compact Discs, DVDs, Books and Merchandise Items) purchased from us that are defective, were shipped in error, or were damaged in transit. In the rare case that you would receive such a product, we will replace it at no charge. We also accept returns on items that are unopened (item must be in original shrink wrap) and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase from us. All Gift Certificate sales are non-refundable. To return a product, please answer the following questions on a piece of paper and include it with your returned merchandise in your package:
1. What is your invoice/order number?
2. What is the full name and address the package was shipped to?
3. Why are you returning the product? If the product is defective, please explain what is wrong with it. Place the defective merchandise and the note of explanation in the original packaging (if available) and ship prepaid and insured to:

You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
