In this gritty action thriller, James Brolin stars as former New York City cop Sean Boyd, whose daughter is abducted and held for ransom by a twisted psycho (Cliff Gorman), who wrongly believes she's the daughter of a rich and powerful businessman. Enlisting the aid of an NYC dog pound worker (Julie Carmen), Boyd searches relentlessly for his daughter and is determined to bring her kidnapper to justice. Richard S.
