Shipping & Processing
Shipping charges can be calculated in your Shopping Cart after you add items to it. Orders placed with Standard Shipping & Processing typically take 5-12 business days to reach their destination, depending on their distance from our New Jersey shipping center. Orders of $100.00 or more placed on our web site receive FREE Standard Shipping.
We also offer UPS Ground shipping (1-6 business days from shipment), and UPS 2nd Day Air shipping (2 business days from shipment) for orders placed on this web site. PLEASE NOTE UPS 2nd Day Air order requests received after 11:30 am Eastern Time are processed for shipment the following business day. Weekends and holidays are not included in estimated shipping times. Radio Spirits ships orders to delivery addresses in the United States. For customers residing outside of the United States, we recommend you consider our digital download collections available at www.RadioSpiritsDownloads.com.
Returns
Radio Spirits accepts returns on physical products (Compact Discs, DVDs, Books and Merchandise Items) purchased from us that are defective, were shipped in error, or were damaged in transit. In the rare case that you would receive such a product, we will replace it at no charge. We also accept returns on items that are unopened (item must be in original shrink wrap) and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase from us. All Gift Certificate sales are non-refundable. To return a product, please answer the following questions on a piece of paper and include it with your returned merchandise in your package:
1. What is your invoice/order number?
2. What is the full name and address the package was shipped to?
3. Why are you returning the product? If the product is defective, please explain what is wrong with it. Place the defective merchandise and the note of explanation in the original packaging (if available) and ship to:

Please allow four to six weeks’ time for processing from the day you ship your merchandise to us.
Payments
For your convenience, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express® as payment for all orders. Our website encrypts your payment information, which keeps it private and protected. This technology makes it safe to transmit any information, including your credit card number, over the Internet.
Sales Tax
Radio Spirits adds State and Local Sales tax to each order as required by law. Base state sales taxes are shown during the Checkout process. Your final order total may incur additional local sales tax based on your shipping address.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates can only be purchased on this web site. Gift Certificates are delivered electronically to the email address you designate, please be sure your email address is accurate. Gift Certificates purchased here can be redeemed via this website, by mail, or by phone for products offered for sale at RadioSpirits.com. Use all numbers, letters, and characters when redeeming your coupon.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable. RadioSpirits.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise misused Gift Certificates.

Our Coupon Codes are not case sensitive, and do not have spaces in them. More than one Coupon Code can not be used on an order. Radio Spirits promotional offers may not be combined. Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Products on this website marked IN STOCK SOON are temporarily out of stock and will typically be available in 1 to 2 weeks. In the event of a pricing error, Radio Spirits reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
